Here is the animatic I did for the assignment I was given for the Ed Hooks master class. Sorry if the drawings are not the best quality, we were given a very short time to plan and block things out.
Please have a look at the video below and let me know if it’s easy to understand what is going on or not.
Lol, is he smelling his armpit as he’s looking around? About 29:24. Lol. I think it reads. Nice contrast in timing in the end. You may be able to speed up/cut a bit out of the whole looking around scenes as it may be a bit long. But hey, that could change and it’s definitely giving you some great time to get some killer acting in there. This is going to be cool man.
I like the last frames when he runs towards our eye.
Pleas don’t erase it after you’ll get all the other clever comments from your friends.
I don’t think that the long shot is necessary- the full shot of him next to the table.
The intimacy of eating and being greased or dirty by the food is the main issue
