It’s been a while since I posted something on my here.
Let’s see, what have I been up to….. work kept me pretty busy as we are slowly getting to that time of the year where things are getting busy before the christmas break. For the past few days I have been working on my firs cut scene. It was a pretty big task with a few characters in it and a fairly long piece of dialogue. Somehow I managed to get through it in one piece.
Other than that work sent TAS (Torus Animation Squad) and a few other artists to a two day animation workshop. It took place in Melbourne and was taught by Pixar’s Simon Allen. Needless to say it was a blast. The presentation was delivered very well and the concepts he took us through were very interesting and inspiring. Pixar seems such a wonderful place to be apart of it doesn’t surprise me why almost every second animator aspires to get there at some stage of his/ her career.
Apart from that I finally managed to find some time to flipbook an animation idea I came up with a while ago. Once again it’s inspired by my daily journeys on the train to work every morning/ afternoon.
As usual any comments or feedback on my work is most welcome.
