It’s a post by Kevin Koch, one of the mentors from Animation Mentor about how important planning your animated shot is. It seems like there is no substitution for that.
It seems like he managed to sum up what I struggled with so much ever since I started this animation thing in one post.
He definitely gave me food for thought! Read and be inspired.
