Test your rage – Final blocking
Over the past few days I spent my lunch breaks tweaking and tightening the poses timing and spacing of the blocking. I wanted to make sure that the energy and weight feel right before I move on to polishing things up.
One of the good things I have learned is that the more solid your blocking is, the easier it is to spot the weak areas in the shot.
With this particular test, I wanted to make sure there is consistency in the effort Boris puts into lifting the hammer, but at the same time maintaining the level of different textures in the timing of event taken place in the shot. I hope that makes sense in some way.
Anyhow, next I am going to move onto polishing the shot, checking my arcs, smoothing my splines, and adding all the bells and whisltes that will (hopefully) make this test shine.
