Long time between posts

Geez it’s been a while since I posted something, what a slack!

The past 5 weeks were extremely busy for me. Between finishing all my AM assignments, my work tasks, getting ready to go overseas and helping my partner with her big birthday bash I had very little time to dedicate to this blog.

About a week ago, Sharday and I arrived in Israel for a 4 week holiday in the homeland. It’s been 3 years since I saw my family last and it is an absolute blast to see them all again and being able to spend time together. In a couple of days one of my cousins is about to get married which is very exciting for me as I missed out on six weddings ever since I moved to Melbourne. It’s kind of crazy to think I haven’t been around for so many years (5 since I moved to Aus), during that time a lot has happened, babies were born, houses have been renovated or built and moreover, parents were getting old.

With that being said, I am feeling very grateful to be given the opportunity to be here, it’s extremely overwhelming but at the same time gives me a lot of good positive energy to continue following my true hearts desire which is being a better person and kick arse in Animation.

So far I can report that the sights and the food have been nothing but the best, it’s incredible how stunning and tasty things are in this country. I can keep on rambling on and on about it but I better stop now as it’s making me hungry.

Below is my class one  progress reel from Animation Mentor, at the moment I am on leave until the summer term starts, so hopefully once my holiday is finished I will have more animation related updates to come.
