Back from a much needed holiday

A few days ago I came back from a wonderful 4 week holiday in Israel. It was brilliant to  see my parents, my brother most of the extanded family, and last but not least my two beautiful gorgeous cats, Gili and Tulli. This is Gilli This is Tulli Going back to the homeland after such a long period of time made me realise a couple of things, a few of them were missing the landscape of my childhood, my brother and most of all, the Israeli cuisine (if such thing even exists!).
