Lovely Accent – Second Blocking Pass
In this blocking pass I tried to add more breakdowns in order to make sure the gestures hit the beats at the right time. Facial animation and mouth shapes have also been added to the mix in order to get a better feel of the complete performance.
There are still a few things I am not entirely happy with, particularly the ending of the shot. Now that I see the reaction of the girl I feel like it needs somewhere to go. It might be a better acting choice to have her ignoring the guy completely as if she is brushing him off. I guess its one of those things I will have to think about.

Hey Avner! This is looking mighty nice! My friend and I were comparing this with the first pass of your blocking, and we agree with you. The acting choice of her ignoring the guy seems stronger in conveying her attitude/character. Plus, it adds more to the comical element. Also, it balances well with the waiter’s acting choices. Just a thought, keep it up!
